Hey, i'ts Julia!

I am Julia and I am currently living on the balearic island Mallorca.  I am an actress and I love to sing and dance - which is pretty much taking the majority of my time.

I love to get lost in time while I am painting,  writing, swimming in the ocean, walking through the forest, creating the most delicious plantbased food and philosophizing about life. I love people and their stories.

Living Vegan

Going vegan over 8 years ago was literally the best decision I have ever made in my entire life! It helped me to heal several health issues such as exema, anemia, allergies, poor digestion & disordered eating behaviour that I was suffering from since my early years. While I experienced all the benefits that whole plant foods had on my physical health, I educated myself about the impact that our eating habits have on our planet. It didn't take a long time until the animals and our planet became reason for me being vegan as well.

Since then I am passionate about promoting love, equality & compassion. I love to share all my healthy, vibrant & absolutly delicous plantbased recipies with you.


Sustainable Lifestyle


Who are we without mother nature? - Right. Not only do we depent on her with all our physical needs, but we also only really thrive mentally and spiritually when we are surrounded by her. Raising the conciousness about what impact human actions and behaviour have on our planet is very close to my heart. While we are already facing the effects of enviromental pollution it just seems obvious to me that we got to start caring. We might think that as a single person we don't have the power to make a change, but in my eyes it's our obligation, our responsibility to do the best we possibly can to live a more eco-friendly, sustainable life. We got to start in our own lifes with our daily decisions. It's not about being perfect, but rather about being open towards constantly educating ourselves, researching  and learning how we can treat planet earth more conciously, respectfully and compassionatly - our home.


Holistic Health & Healing

If we really want to heal our physical diseases or injuries instead of just numbing them, we need to open up to the thought that there is more to this world than we can see with our eyes. Treating a problem holistically means to perceive the human body, mind  & spirit as a whole. It helps to deeply understand the physical and mental problems while searching for their cause, meaning & purpose in  their individual background. It encourages us to take the responsibility for our body, mind and soul and most importantly, our life.

Balanced Fitness

Ever since I was a little girl I am blessed with lots of energy and enthusiasm. Moving my body is an amazing outlet for my enegry. Besides it helpes me to regulate stress levels and emotions. With the years my experience and knowledge of health and fun oriented fitness grew. I now found a routine that I love to promote, where cardio, strength training and stretching get a well balanced amount of attention. Staying connected and listening to my body while pushing it to its limits from time to time requires continuous effort which then leads to feeling in peace with my body inside out.

Natural Beauty, Hair & Body Care

Having fair and very sensitive skin & hair since I am little made it very difficult for me to find products, treatments and methods that really work. A lot of times I found myself desperate and frustrated searching for something that would help. I discovered what I was looking for in mother nature. Switching to a 100% plantbased whole foods diet was the first big step towards healing and balance. But finding the right external treatments for my skin & hair was necessary as well to make them look and feel as healthy and in balance as they are now. One step was to stay away from using tons of appealing looking products that are promising to help us. In fact most of them contain lots of questionable, harmful chemicals which are detrimental to our health. Over the past few years I discovered my bodies individual needs and learned  about natural ways to treat and heal my skin & hair. I finally arrived in my own skin. I love to share what I learned and continue to learn about healing and enhancing ones natural beauty.
